Positive: Isäntä perui hotelliyömme vedoten johonkin puutteelliseen sähkötyöhön huoneistossa eikä perunut matkaa Bookingilta, joten jouduin ottamaan yhteyttä puhelimitse Bookingiin saadakseni rahani takaisin. Negative: Siitä, että otti varauksen vastaan ja rahani kelpasivat, muttei pystynyt majoittamaan meitä eikä palauttamaan rahoja heistä johtuneesta peruuntumisesta.

You can have confidence booking with this host Positive: There was a problem with the apartment before I arrived so I was given a free upgrade to a different, larger one. I therefore can't review this apartment directly since I didn't stay in it, however I would like to give a positive review to the excellent communication from the host, the great service finding an alternative, and flawless self-check-in despite the last-minute change. I can also confirm that the apartment location near Monastiraki square is fantastic and great value for money. Negative: N/A
