Monastiraki -Acropolis View Penthouse with Terrace

Good location and view but a stay is more than that. Lack of communication and assistance spoilt our experience Positive: Location and view of the Parthenon. But you’re not looking at it all the time Negative: Virtually no communication from booking to leaving after our stay. Only info was how to get the keys and put the water on if there was no sun. No personal welcome, no welcome note in the room, not even a bottle of water Didn’t know there was a full flight of stairs after we got out the lift so for 71 and 63 year olds trying to get 2 large cases up the stairs was not easy. 4 keys needed to access the building and then the main door, door to the roof and then the bijou room. No late checkout but no assistance as to where we could store our luggage as our plane wasn’t until 7pm No information about the immediate area or taverna suggestions etc Strange washing machine. Tried to look it up on the internet. Just wanted info on a basic wash and spin. Asked the question of the host. Still no answer. Machine destroyed some underwear!! And everything was still soaking after 2 spins Needed glasses to watch the tv as it was quite small and on furthest wall away from the bed No basic things like sugar.
